Leading travel agency Dadabhai Travel is happy to announce its operations at the all-new Bahrain International Airport from today.

Founded in May 1981 by Mohammed Dadabhai and Aziz Gilitwala, Dadabhai Travel celebrates 40 years of operations in the country this year.

“We are immensely grateful for the opportunity to operate from within the new airport, and are looking forward to assisting both outgoing and incoming passengers to the best of our ability and ensuring that their travel experience is one to remember,” said chief operating officer Shahnaz AlQaseer.

The agency believes that the new office complements its existing network very well as it helps promote the airport as an attractive gateway for travellers within the region.

“We started with three employees in 1981 and now boast a team strength of over 100 people in Bahrain,” she added.

“Like all the companies in the industry we have faced our share of challenges caused by the pandemic, however we have restructured ourselves and shifted our focus to areas that have been able to ensure our continued operations and adapted our way of working to cope with these difficult times.”

Mrs AlQaseer reiterated that the company’s relationship with the Bahrain Airport Company has always been fruitful and beneficial to both parties and hopes that this next step in the evolution of Bahrain’s transportation infrastructure will continue to enhance the relationship for many years to come.

“We have completed all of our infrastructure work and our existing team of experienced professionals will ensure a seamless transition to the new office,” added Mrs AlQaseer.

In the future, the company plans to continue its regional expansion with new offices and a defined presence in the territories it does not currently operate in as well as revamp existing technology infrastructure.
